PlayVision Accepted into YC F25!

Excited to announce that PlayVision AI is backed by Y Combinator!

We'll be taking part in Y Combinator's Fall 2025 batch, learning from and working with some of the world's best and brightest.

As a scout for Cal Athletics, I used to spend 20+ hours a week watching film and manually tracking stats for our team. I'm now getting to combine my passion for AI, computer vision, and sports to solve a pertinent problem for me and other scouts and coaches.

It all started in a class led by Christyna Serrano, Ph.D. and Peter Evans. Marc Zoghby and I decided to forgo our previous jobs at the Mayo Clinic and Amazon and transform those late nights at the library into a company with real users and real momentum.

At PlayVision (YC F25), we're an AI Moneyball for Sports - automatically analyzing film and providing advanced analytics for your sports team.

We've been so fortunate to have met some extraordinary people along the way:

And a special shoutout to Hank Couture and Brian Sommers for being one of our first believers at LeapYear. One of the best funds for young founders, and they've been so instrumental in the growth of myself and this company.

We're so glad to be working with Pete Koomen and the rest of this amazing community. This is just the beginning.
